The limited-edition collaboration combines Bachir’s authentic Lebanese ice cream with exclusive Hello Kitty packaging and collectible merchandise
Two much-loved icons are coming together as Bachir Ice Cream teams up with Hello Kitty for a playful, limited-edition collaboration launching across the UAE.
Available from 7 September to 31 October 2026, the collaboration brings Hello Kitty’s instantly recognisable aesthetic to Bachir’s colourful ice cream experience through exclusive co-branded packaging and a range of collectible merchandise.
Founded in the Lebanese mountain town of Bikfaya in 1936, Bachir Ice Cream has built a following across generations for its handcrafted Lebanese ice cream and traditional recipes. Its signature creation is Ashta ice cream, a creamy combination of milk cream with delicate notes of rose and orange blossom, generously rolled in roasted pistachios.
Guests can also enjoy Bachir’s famous Mshakkal, or multi-layered scoop, which brings together up to eight different flavours in a single cone or cup. The colourful creation can be layered with flavours ranging from classic Ashta and pistachio to indulgent chocolate and fruits, before being finished with Bachir’s signature pistachio dip.
Throughout the campaign, Bachir’s ice cream will be served in exclusive Hello Kitty x Bachir Ice Cream packaging, transforming every order into a fun, limited-edition experience for fans to enjoy, photograph and collect. The packaging also includes co-branded boxes for their new launch of Ice Cream tubs.
Alongside the special packaging, an exclusive range of Hello Kitty x Bachir Ice Cream merchandise will also be available, including:

The collaboration will be available at all Bachir Ice Cream locations in Dubai and Sharjah, with delivery available across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah.
