The organizers of the Beauty and Wellbeing Forum 2024 held a press conference at the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce in Beirut, in which they talked about the forum, which will be organized from April 18 to 21, 2024, sponsored by the Ministries of Information and Economy, at the Forum de Beirut.
The conference was attended by a large number of journalists and representatives of media, in addition to influencers and activists.
The meeting began with a welcome speech from the President of the Chamber of Commerce, former Minister Mohammad Choucair, who considered that: “This forum represents the true identity of Lebanon, which we love and which we sacrifice dearly and preciously to preserve because it is the basis of our role, our existence and our future, and because elegance, beauty are one of the secrets of the success of Lebanese men and women and their distinction in Lebanon and various countries of the world.”
Mrs. Hanadi Dagher (founder of the forum) welcomed the attendees and thanked the sponsors, all supporters, exhibitors, and the press for their support and added: “Lebanon is a country of beauty, culture, a civilization that is 6,000 years old, and it is not difficult for it to organize the largest forum of its kind related to beauty and mental and physical health. We decided to “put Lebanon on the map of international exhibitions in the world of beauty,to say that our country has many potential.”
The founding partner of the forum, Dr. Jad Nehme, explained the concept of Wellbeing, why he is launching this movement today, and its impact on human health and life in general. He said: “As a doctor, all my goal is to serve people, and take care of their health. This is at the core of our priorities, responsibilities, and mission as doctors, and the oath we took to perform the profession. He concluded by saying: “Health is everything to a person and the most precious to us. The forum will take visitors to an exceptional experience in Lebanon and the region”.
Mrs. Madiha Raslan, President of the Women Leaders Association, spoke about the importance of Lebanon as a country that creates beauty, describing the Lebanese people as brave and pioneer in various fields. She praised the organizers for their courage in taking this step despite the difficult economic situation and all the crises that Lebanon is experiencing, and added: “This forum restores confidence in young men and women in Lebanon”.
Dr. Yousef Bakhache, the head of the syndicate of physicians in Lebanon, praised this pioneering step, stressing the importance of this type of seminars and activities that would spread awareness about many medical concepts that serve human health and added: “It is very necessary to educate people about the importance of preventive medicine that protects them from many diseases, and we found in this forum that will spread public benefit among different segments of people”.
The forum includes more than 200 exhibitors, inviting guests to explore the latest trends in caring for the human body and mental health. From cutting-edge products to innovative treatments, participants will have the opportunity to discover new ways to elevate their quality of life in a new way and enhance their wellbeing and health.
In addition to the participation of exhibitors, the program will include several lectures, rich group discussions, and work sessions that enhance communication opportunities between experts and visitors.
