BEIRUT, Lebanon –February 1, 2017: Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand & Hilton Beirut Metropolitan Palace are proud to announce the participation of their Executive Chef, Jihad Dfouni, as a jury member at the HORECA exhibition in Kuwait on January 18, 2017. The HORECA Exhibition is held annually in Kuwait, and is the biggest hospitality and food industries event in the country.
With more than 24 years of culinary experience in Dubai and Lebanon, Chef Dfouni was selected to be a judge in the Hospitality Salon Culinaire competition. Chef Dfouni has vast experience in prominent restaurants and hotels across the two countries and brings to the table knowledge in all types of cuisines.
