Cairo, 28 September 2026 – Egypt’s Entrepreneur Awards (EEA) is extending its platform to entrepreneurs from across the Arab world with the introduction of the Arab Entrepreneur of the Year Award, a new category debuting in its sixth edition. The award welcomes businesses operating across all sectors, provided that at least one of their founders is Arab and the company is commercially registered in an Arab country.
The Arab Entrepreneur of the Year Award will be evaluated by a distinguished jury composed of H.E. Dr. Nabeel Koshak, Board Member and Former Founding CEO of Saudi Venture Capital (SVC), who will be joined by Amr El Abd, Entrepreneurship Advisor to the Prime Minister of Egypt and Regional Managing Director at Endeavor MENA and Abdallah Abu-Sheikh, Founder of Mal. Completing the jury is. Together, the jury members will bring their diverse expertise across entrepreneurship, investment and business development to the evaluation process.
The eligibility criteria for the award are as follows: applicants must have been operating for a minimum of two years and fewer than ten years. Applicants may not apply to more than one award category, and companies must submit all required supporting documentation as part of their nomination.
Applications for the Arab Entrepreneur of the Year Award are now open, inviting eligible entrepreneurs from across the Arab world to take part in EEA’s sixth edition and join a regional platform celebrating the entrepreneurial talent shaping the Arab world.

The sixth edition also marks a new chapter for EEA with the introduction of its Advisory Board for 2025–2030, chaired by HE Rachid Mohamed Rachid, Founder of Alsara & Bidayat groups and Chairman of Valentino. The board brings together distinguished leaders from business, investment and entrepreneurship, including Ahmed El Alfi, Ayman Ismail, Neveen El Tahri, Onsi Sawiris and Yasmine Khamis.
Now entering its sixth edition, Egypt’s Entrepreneur Awards continues to evolve as a platform connecting entrepreneurs with the wider ecosystem and celebrating the individuals and businesses contributing to the development of entrepreneurship in Egypt and the region.
