- Liban Cables by Nexans introduces a new range of Low Smoke cables
- Engineered to improve visibility and evacuation in emergency situations
- Developed using advanced materials and aligned with international safety standards
Liban Cables by Nexans announces the introduction of its new range of Low Smoke cables, designed to enhance fire safety in buildings by significantly reducing smoke emission and toxic gases in the event of a fire. This solution responds to growing safety concerns and highlights the critical role cable selection plays in protecting lives during fire incidents.
In fire situations, smoke and toxic gas inhalation are among the primary causes of injuries and fatalities. Low Smoke cables are specifically engineered to limit the release of dense smoke and corrosive gases when exposed to high temperatures, helping to maintain visibility, reduce smoke inhalation, and facilitate evacuation for building occupants and emergency responders, thereby making all the difference between life and death and ultimately help save lives.
Developed using advanced materials and in line with international safety standards, these innovative cables offer up to three times better visibility in fire conditions significantly improving orientation in smoke-filled environments and reducing the risk of smoke inhalation.
Liban Cables’ Low Smoke cables are suitable for use in residential, commercial, and public buildings, like hospitals, schools, offices, and transportation facilities, where human safety is a top priority.
This new range reflects Liban Cables’ commitment to innovation and responsible manufacturing, delivering solutions that go beyond performance to address real-life safety challenges.
