A Solo Exhibition by Aram Jughian
Rebirth Beirut is proud to announce the opening of “Daughters, Water, and Clouds”, a solo exhibition by renowned Lebanese-Armenian artist Aram Jughian, curated by Dr. Tony Karam and in collaboration with The Gallerist. The exhibition will open on October 2nd, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Rebirth Beirut’s cultural headquarters in Gemmayze, and will remain on view till October 11th, from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm daily (except Sundays).
Aram’s artistic journey spans five decades. He returns after years of silence to share his inner world, bringing to life the poetic concept of “daughters, born of water and were clouds”, an analogy that mirrors the very essence of painting. His works embody how paintings are born of a medium and manifest in abstraction. Through bold strokes, vibrant colors, and deeply emotional layers, Aram’s works pulse with vitality, memory and soul.
President and Founder Mr. Gaby Fernaine, stated: “Rebirth Beirut is honored to host Aram Jughian, an artist whose journey reflects resilience and creativity. Culture and art are inseparable from our mission, as they shed light in times of darkness.”
A portion of the proceeds from the exhibition will go to Rebirth Beirut’s ongoing initiatives, including street lighting and the rehabilitation of traffic lights.
“Daughters, Water, and Clouds” invites the public not only to witness the power of abstraction but also to be part of Rebirth Beirut’s mission of resilience and renewal.
