ISO 22000 is an internationally recognized standard that sets out the requirements for a food safety management system.
To receive the ISO 22000 certification, Spinneys demonstrated to be implementing safe and high-quality meat products that comply with international standards to customers. The standard covers all aspects of meat product safety. That includes the reception, storage, preparation, and dry aging packing of chilled and frozen raw meat products.
