Lebanon is passing through its most challenging times but our commitment and faith is our driving force and we are determined to carry our mission and support our community in all possible ways with a mind full of hope for better days!
For the past 40 years, we have served our country and mental health throughout the many adversities that Lebanon has faced and managed to provide mental health and psychosocial support services to our community despite all odds.
These unprecedented times with the COVID-19 pandemic, financial and political crisis followed by the Beirut Blast, had a huge impact on the mental health of our community and became a turning point to many to address their needs and seek support.
In this past year alone, we were able to take 10,000 calls on our hotline from people seeking advice and support and offer 3,799 mental health consultations at our community clinic despite the damage caused by the Beirut explosion to our center.
This year is proof that we will once again rise from the ashes and come out strong to help those in need.
We were selected by the Beirut Marathon Association this year to be one of only eight NGOs who will participate in the Beirut Marathon planned for the 14th of November: UNITED WE RUN FOR HOPE.
For that, we are seeking your support by participating in the UNITED WE RUN FOR HOPE 5km run. Hundred per cent of the registration fee will be transferred to IDRAAC. You can support our run this year in so many ways:
1. Registering to run for our cause for the Fun Run on November 13 and registration is done through IDRAAC.The registration fee for the UNITED WE RUN FOR HOPE is 100,000LL/participant.
One hundred per cent of this amount will be used to support our mental health activities.
