Wearing a mask while in public has become essential during COVID19 pandemic. You should wash your hands before wearing a face mask and never touch the mask while wearing it. Below are some important tips on how to take off a face mask:
- Carefully, untie the strings behind your head or stretch the ear loops
- Handle only by the ear loops or ties
- Fold outside corners together
- Be careful not to touch your eyes, nose, and mouth when removing. Wash your hands immediately after removing
Do not wear a mask:
- Around your neck
- On your forehead
- Under your nose
- On your chin
- Dangling from one ear
- On your arm
