“The Astronauts”, the show that is first of its kind in the Arab world, premieres today on Dubai TV at 9 pm Beirut Time.
One of the biggest television productions of the Arab world, produced by “Different Production”, owned and managed by Mazen Laham, “The Astronauts” combines high professionalism, the newest technical equipment and the best of talents in the field.
Work had started since 2018, to discover those with the aptitudes and the dreams to travel to Space. 12 contestants were chosen from Lebanon, Bahrain, KSA, Kuwait, UAE, and Iraq to participate in this unique experience. The show is conducted under the evaluation of an international, professional jury of experts, composed of Astronaut Chris Hadfield, Saud Karmustaji representing Mohamad Ben Rashed Space Center and Psychologist/Psychotherapist Luma Naccache.
Following 2 months of discovery of the world of space, ranging from the UAE desert, to Russia and the USA, the judges finally chose “The Astronauts”.
