Campaign launches alongside the announcement of new food discovery and delivery app, Tekram
Beirut, Lebanon – 8 August, 2023: #TekramAinakYaLebnen is a social movement launched with the support and under the patronage of The Ministry of Tourism, to honor Lebanon and the Lebanese who stayed despite everything. The campaign invites people all over the country to answer a simple question: “why do you love Lebanon”, by sharing beautiful and positive content about it on their social media platforms. The aim is to fill online spaces with much needed positivity during these tough times and show the world what a magnificent place Lebanon really is.
Alongside the social movement, Tekram, a company owned by HNZ Holding – a Lebanese startup specialized in wealth and facility management – launched their new state-of-the-art food delivery and discovery app, Tekram, that offers its customers inspiration at every touchpoint with the aim to facilitate the users’ order experience in more ways than one, starting from the minute they download the app, to having their food delivered at their doorstep. Bearing this in mind, Tekram is built on a user-friendly platform and mentality, that enables customers to order from their favorite local stores, have their orders delivered in a fast, efficient, and affordable manner, while providing an array of brand-names ready to be discovered and enjoyed.
During the launch event that took place on the 7th of August at The Padel Club on Beirut Waterfront, Minister of Tourism, Eng. Walid Nassar, said: “There are hundreds of reasons why we would harbor negative sentiments towards our country, from the deteriorating economic situation to the political crises, and many others. But there are also a million reasons why we love this land so deeply and take pride in the Lebanese who are contributing to its economic rise by investing in businesses and creating job opportunities. This is why we extended our support to Tekram, who are not only launching a new venture, but also a nationwide movement aiming at bringing the Lebanese together and uniting them in the love of their country, and I have decided to make Tekram Ainak Ya Lebnen the slogan of the ministry’s next campaign”.

The app launch also featured the release of a special song by the talented Lebanese singer Aziza, entitled ‘Tekram’, in which she expresses the love of the Lebanese for this land, and their spirit that is reflected in everything they do, and provides an overview of the app and how it integrates into their daily lives.
#TekramAinakYaLebnen campaign was inspired by the app and its association with the generosity of the Lebanese, their hospitality and the way they express themselves.
