Beirut, June 20th, 2016: The year 2016 marks a new recognition for LibanPost achievements, the World Post and Parcels Awards which is the most prestigious and global platform to recognize and promote mail and express excellence announced LibanPost as the winner in the category of innovation and commended it highly for its efforts in customer service. The awards were handed over on June 15th in a ceremony that took place in Warsaw, Poland.
LibanPost’s innovation award for its “Daily Life Facilitator” recognized the organization’s successful introduction in Lebanon of the postal operator as the intermediary between the government and citizens. It was also praised for its customer service which got the “Highly Commended” award.
Mr. Ronnie Richa, LibanPost’s Marketing Director commented on this occasion:” We are delighted to have received both awards in recognition of our continuous efforts to facilitate people’s lives.” He added:” Our services have allowed all citizens through a single point of access to interact with over 150 government processes and to pay or collect from more than 100 service providers”.
