Beirut, 2017: Bellevue Medical Center (BMC) has sought and obtained the international “HACCP” certification in order to ensure to its patients and visitors the highest levels of safety and quality in its dietary service. HACCP is a standard defining the requirements for effective control of food safety; it’s a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product. BMC is also already accredited by the prestigious Joint Commission International (JCI).
