For the first time in Lebanon, a one of a kind forum was organized that brought together under one roof experts in the world of beauty, physical and psychological health, sports, and all kinds of activities related to humans and their quality of life, during the period extending between April 18 and 21, 2024, in the Forum de Beyrouth.
The forum was attended, in addition to thousands of visitors from Lebanon and the Arab region, by a large crowd of members of the press and media, social media influencers, experts in the fields of body and mental health, movement, representatives of health resorts, and experts in the field of sports, where they got to know more than 200 participants from exhibitors and companies that were all distinguished by their work which reflects the best image of the country.
The forum included a series of lectures, seminars and round tables related to many aspects of individuals’ lives and was distinguished by its educational and awareness-raising dimension, especially in terms of providing advice on the importance of changing lifestyle and explaining concepts such as preventive medicine and a new and comprehensive view of human health away from the narrow diagnosis of disease and the traditional treatment method.
The founder of the forum, Mrs. Hanadi Dagher, expressed her pride in being able to complete this forum in record time and according to international standards with the founding partner Dr. Jad Nehme said in a statement: “We promise the Lebanese people that we will complete this great work in a second, advanced, larger and more comprehensive edition. Dagher considered that the time in which the forum was completed was record-breaking and that it succeeded in leaving a beautiful mark and breaking the routine scene experienced by the Lebanese people.
Co-founder Dr. Jad Nehme stressed the importance of continuing the same momentum that the forum witnessed in the field of awareness of physical and mental health and movement. He said: “At the forum, we launched the Wellbeing movement that will reach all Lebanese lands and cross the borders towards the Arab world and the world to give the most beautiful picture of Lebanon.”

The Beauty and Wellbeing Forum will continue for the coming years and will participate in several Arab countries to complete what it started in Beirut and return with an updated version in 2025.
