Beirut, May 10, 2019: For the month of Ramadan, Careem, the leading ride-hailing company and one of the biggest technology organizations in the great MENA region, launches, #Be_Careem initiative as part of its Rewards Program to encourage customers to donate to the World Food Programme (WFP) – the leading humanitarian organization that delivers food to underprivileged families to improve nutrition in the MENA region.
Careem customers in Lebanon can now make a big difference with one simple click of a button, they could help feed a whole population by choosing to redeem their collected points in the Rewards section of the Careem app and turn them into a monetary value to be donated to the (WFP), to provide food to the underprivileged families during the Holy month of Ramadan.
On the occasion of the Holy month of Ramadan, Careem is spreading through this video a message of generosity to promote the values of donating and doing good, of tolerance and learning while encouraging others to be generous in life through the #Be_Careem.
