Children under the age of 13 can now take part in TrainYas events
Participants are no longer required to book slots in advance
Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi, UAE, 23 August 2020: Members of the local community wishing to attend TrainYas events at Yas Marina Circuit are advised there have been some recent updates.
Children under the age of 13 are now able to participate in TrainYas events, with immediate effect.
In what is another important change to be aware of, participants are no longer required to book their date and time slots in advance. TrainYas barcodes, which were issued prior to the outbreak of Covid-19, can be used to gain access to the track, and in the event guests are unable to access their barcodes, they will be able to re-register.
There are currently two TrainYas session per week, which take place on Sunday and Tuesday from 6pm-10pm, and participants are required to have a TrainYas barcode to gain access to the track.
In keeping with the rules which have been in place since TrainYas events re-opened, those participants who wish to cycle are still required to bring their own bike and helmet as sharing equipment is currently not permitted.
A number of health and safety precautions remain in place at Yas Marina Circuit, including temperature checks on arrival, the wearing of face masks at all times unless on the track itself and social distancing.
