Alfa: Customer Service Operations Back to 24/7 Schedule

Beirut, March 23, 2020: Alfa, managed by Orascom TMT, informs its subscribers that its customer service operations are back to operate round the clock 24/7 on the 111 helpline, as well as through the Live Chat service and Alfa’s accounts on social media.

All customer service operations continue to be handled and processed remotely from home within the internal mobilization plan that Alfa has begun to implement, whereby  all of its team is working remotely from home as part of the efforts to combat the spread of the coronavirus.
