Henley & Partners Hosts an Exclusive Global Citizen Seminar in Lebanon
Global residence and citizenship advisory firm Henley & Partners will host an intimate and exclusive seminar on Wednesday 29th of March 2017 on how affluent and talented Lebanese individuals can acquire an additional passport through strategic investment.
The Global Citizenship Seminar (GCS) in Lebanon will focus on the newly restructured Grenada Citizenship-by-Investment Program, which provides visa-free access to the world’s biggest markets including China.
Special guest speaker and international expert on the Cyprus Citizenship-by-Investment Program, Yiannos Trisokkas, will also divulge how to acquire European citizenship in a short space of time with only a three-year investment commitment. There continues to be a high demand from Lebanese nationals for alternative citizenship and residence.
In recent years, the need to develop a diverse citizenship portfolio alongside the traditional investment portfolio has become an increasingly important part of the growth and sustainability strategies of wealthy Middle Eastern individuals and their families. These individuals, particularly Lebanese, realize that having a second or third passport enhances their access to the global market, giving them and their families more control over their future with additional settlement rights that provide access to countries with greater political and economic security, as well as educational opportunities.
Marco Gantenbein, Member of Henley & Partners Group Executive Committee, said: “The GCS Middle East is the perfect platform to discover the benefits of investment migration, and why it’s
important to acquire an additional passport. Industry professionals will provide first-hand information on the world’s leading citizenship-by-investment programs, including those that give individuals the right to live and work anywhere in the EU, and obtain visa-free access to the world’s biggest markets.”
“We recently launched the 2017 edition of the Visa Restrictions Index, providing some interesting results and insights into the changing Middle Eastern environment. Generally speaking, countries which offer investment migration programs are steadily increasing on the Index, showing the growing importance and popularity of this trend,” he added.
Other topics of interest include a comparison of the top Caribbean and European citizenship-by-investment programs, a presentation on the world’s leading residence-by-investment programs, and the benefits of these programs for private clients.
“Acquiring an additional passport will give you greater access to the global market. Once you obtain a second passport, the benefits will last for generations. You will be able to pass on multiple citizenships to your future children and grandchildren — securing your family legacy,” concluded Gantenbein.
