As part of its commitment to build and reinforce relationships with customers through social media, Credit Libanais Bank launched a Facebook contest for Mother’s Day, asking fans to share a “typical expression their mothers repeat the most”. This competition increased social engagement and enabled customers to win valuable gifts from Himo Jewelry.
Mrs. Grace Salameh Azoury, Group Head of E-Channels and Customer Service, distributed the gifts during a ceremony that took place at Credit Libanais headquarters in the presence of the Bank’s managers and employees.
Moreover, the children of the bank’s employees greeted their mothers through a heartfelt video prepared for this occasion.
