- Vincenti & Sons, the leading distributor of Food & Spirits brands in Lebanon, organized a glamorous evening at Pavilion Royal – Biel to celebrate the exclusive Courvoisier Cognac’s “Toast of Paris Since 1889” new look & packaging aligning the brand with its Parisian history as it recalls the Paris Golden Age, or La Belle Époque, an era from 1870-1910.
The event was held in the presence of diplomats, politicians, and business leaders in addition to distributors, traders and media representatives.
In his opening keynote, Carlo Vincenti, on behalf of G. Vincenti & Sons, praised the strong cultural bonds that bring Lebanon and France together. He also expressed his pride for Beirut being the second city to celebrate the Parisian Golden Age or “Belle Époque” and the role Courvoisier played in the French history as the drink served at the opening of the Eiffel Tower in 1889. At the end of his speech, Mr. Vincenti announced Courvoisier’s new brand campaign “The Toast of Paris”.
Miss Rebecca Asseline, being an expert of the Brand’s intricacies and Courvoisier’s Global Brand Ambassador, highlighted the changes and latest innovations that were introduced to the premium Cognac’s range.
The French Ambassador to Lebanon, Mr. Emmanuel Bonne expressed in his speech how delighted he was for this prestigious event to be under his auspices and wished G. Vincenti & Sons more success for the future.
The ceremony took place from 8 pm until 12 am and featured an array of live entertainment program that made it an unforgettable evening for all the guests.
