As part of its commitment to build and reinforce relationships with customers through social media, Credit Libanais Bank launched for the fifth year in a row a Facebook competition during the Christmas season. The competition, dubbed “Christmas Calendar”, reached a wide online audience and encouraged Facebook users to compete over valuable prizes.
The prize distribution ceremony took place at Credit Libanais headquarters in the presence of the Bank’s managers and employees. Seven lucky winners walked away with attractive gifts. On this occasion, Mrs. Grace Salameh Azoury, Group Head of E-Channels and Customer Service congratulated the winners and said “Our Bank is using social media in many creative ways to inform, educate and communicate with customers. Our social media channels are helping us to deliver faster and more effective customer service and customized financial advice; we are engaging with customers and offering products in ways that serve their evolving needs”.
This competition is one of the numerous initiatives that Credit Libanais Bank is taking to reward its customers and potentials and further engage with its online community.
