Roads for Life (RFL) delivered certificates to 18 Lebanese Army officers and non-commissioned officers who took part in the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) rescue course, which was held in partnership with Fransabank.
During the graduation ceremony held at the Hamat military base, RFL President Zeina Kassem said that the delivery of certificates to the new class “aims to save military and civilian lives anytime the Army is called upon to preserve Lebanon’s existence and borders.”
Kassem added that RFL is distributing rescue kits to the Lebanese Army “to join practice to theory and follow up on the field implementation of the skills acquired, as real life is the primary testing ground for these rescue sessions.”
In conclusion, “amidst all the talk about fighting corruption, the military institution remains a landmark for serving the nation and citizens, as it sacrifices its personnel’s lives for the sake of preserving the nation’s security and stability.”
