Toyota unveils the future of crossover with the launch of the stunning all-new C-HR

Lebanon Beirut – 27 February 2017: Changing in one bold stroke the rules of the crossover game, Toyota today launched the all-new 2017 Toyota C-HR – a daringly innovative crossover that blends asleek and sculptured design with a responsive drive and outstanding environmental performance to bring the future of the crossover segmentto customers in North Africa and the Levant.

Designed to stand out both within the Toyota line-up and in its segment, the new C-HR – or Coupé High-Rider – represents the determination of President Akio Toyoda, to allow greater stylistic freedom and promote engineering creativity in order to achieve eye-catching designs and enhanced driving pleasure.

The Toyota C-HR remains remarkably true to the general features of the conceptcars that attracted muchpublic attention in Paris, in 2014 and in Frankfurt, in 2015. Inspired by what he learned from meeting with potential customers, C-HR Chief Engineer, Hiroyuki Koba focused persistently on their requirements throughout the development process, setting high demands for design and quality. The new Toyota C-HR will be available with a choice of 1.2-liter turbo automatic CVTtransmissions.The turbocharged engine generates an impressive 114hp with 185Nm of torque and is tuned to deliver the maximum amount of torque at low speeds, ensuring low fuel consumption and an enjoyable drive.

Exceptional stability and handling even at high speeds make the C-HR a joy to drive, allowing you to carve up those corners with total assuredness.
