Gargour & Fils organized its first Mercedes-Benz Integral Safety and Professional Accident Repair Conference according to Mercedes-Benz guidelines, which was held at Hilton Beirut in the presence of leading auto insurance companies and Mr. Andreas Roehl, Body & Paint Repair Competence Manager from Daimler Middle East.

 

Centering on in-depth discussions over safety features, standards for repair, training and certifications needed in addition to solutions for the complex challenges associated with Accident Management, the conference focused on working together to jointly reach an even higher level of customer satisfaction.

 

To date, T. Gargour & Fils and the manufacturer to collaborate with each other and jointly tackle the challenges of Accident Management, thus making the claims process even more efficient and convenient for all Mercedes-Benz customers in Lebanon and maintain the safety features of their vehicles.
